The class will include yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises. No previous yoga experience is needed to enjoy this special class, but participants should be able to sit on the floor and should be free of major injuries. This class is open to participants ages 16 and up. Participants should bring their own yoga mats to class. (Leave your cat at home.) Please arrive 5-10 minutes early as classroom doors will close promptly at 9:30 AM to ensure that all cats remain in the room during the yoga session. Class is limited to 11 attendees.
